Khary Payton is an American actor and Voice Over artist best known for his role as fan favorite King Ezekiel in AMC’s The Walking Dead.Wakanda Forever! Khary debuts as Azzuri, T’Challa’s (Chadwick Boseman) Grandfather and WWII era BLACK PANTHER, in the highly anticipated Marvel/ Skydance Video Game, 1943: Rise of Hydra, premiering in 2026, the game features groundbreaking technology and is being directed by multi-award winning Writer-Director Amy Hennig.From one King to another, you can hear Khary voice the role of Penguin King in Universal’s animated global hit, based on the long running video game The Super Mario Bros.
